WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

HOW IS MY PHYSICAL HAPPY CARD PACKAGED AND DELIVERED?
Happy Cards can only be shipped to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. They arrive in a single envelope or box (depending on order size) containing all of the cards that were ordered, along with a packaging list detailing the contents. 

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer delivery options ranging from USPS First Class Mail, UPS ground shipping to next day shipping. Freight charges will be quoted based on the size of the order and the delivery method selected.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PHYSICAL HAPPY CARD ORDER?
Once payment is cleared (usually within minutes), it will take up to 3 business days to fulfill your order. Delivery timing is dependent upon the shipping method you select at checkout.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can check the status of your order by using our Contact Us page in the footer section of the site or give us a call and we will help you with your inquiries.

ARE HAPPY CARDS REFUNDABLE?
Once a Happy Card has shipped, the card is not refundable. If the intended recipient does not receive their gift card, please visit our Contact Us page and submit a request.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON PURCHASING HAPPY CARDS?
There may be a maximum amount of cards you can purchase in a particular time period.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can shop online at any time and pay by credit card.

HOW DO I USE A HAPPY CARD?
These Gift cards give you the freedom to eat, shop or play at any of the merchants whose logos appear on the front of the card. Simply present your gift card for food, merchandise or services at time of payment. The amount of every purchase you make will automatically be deducted from the value on the gift card. You are free to use the same gift card across multiple brands.

CAN THESE GIFT CARDS BE USED ONLINE?
Online redemption may not be available for all merchants.

MY CARD IS VALID AT SPAFINDER. HOW DO I USE IT THERE?
To use a card at a Spafinder location, please follow the instructions on happycards.com/convert-to-spafinder-card.

DO HAPPY CARDS EXPIRE?
There is an expiry date on the back of each Happy Card; this is when the plastic expires.  However, funds on your gift card never expire. If funds remain on the card after the expiration date, please call 855-606-3494 or Contact Us to have a replacement card issued and mailed to you at no cost.  The balance on the replacement card will be equal to the balance on the expired card.

DO HAPPY CARDS HAVE ANY FEES?
No, there are no fees.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE BALANCE ON THESE GIFT CARDS?

CAN HAPPY CARDS BE RELOADED?
No, these gift cards are disposable and cannot be reloaded.

WHAT IF MY PURCHASE IS MORE THAN THE VALUE AVAILABLE ON THE HAPPY  CARD?
If your purchase is larger than your balance, ask the cashier to swipe the gift card for the exact amount available on the card. Then pay the remaining balance with another form of payment. These are called “split transactions.” Some merchants do not allow cardholders to conduct split transactions. Some merchants will only allow you to do a split transaction if you pay the remaining amount in cash.

CAN I USE A HAPPY CARD TO APPLY A TIP TO THE BILL?
No, a tip cannot be added to these gift cards.

CAN HAPPY CARDS BE USED TO PURCHASE GIFT CARDS?
No. In general, Happy Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER RESTRICTIONS ON THESE GIFT CARDS?

Yes, as follows:

  • Happy Cards are redeemable only at the brands located on the front of the card in the U.S.
  • Happy Cards cannot be used to purchase alcohol at The Cheesecake Factory locations.
  • Happy Beauty, Happy Teen and Happy Lady cards must be used at stand-alone Sephora locations and cannot be used at Sephora counters within JCPenney stores.
  • Happy Teen cards are not valid at any Barnes & Noble College location.
  • Happy Cards are not redeemable for cash.

HOW ARE MERCHANDISE RETURNS PROCESSED?
Depending on the merchant, merchandise returns may be refunded directly back to your gift card, so be sure to keep it until you are sure you will not need it.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE HAPPY CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN?
Happy Cards generally cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen. Please treat them as you would cash. Fraudulent transactions may result in the loss of your money with no recourse.

However, if you believe your Card has been lost or stolen or an unauthorized transaction has been made using the information from your Card without your permission, contact Customer Service IMMEDIATELY (855-606-3494).  We will ask for the Card number and other identifying details.  We cannot assist you if you do not have the Card number.  We may not be able to assist you if you do not contact us within 60 days of the unauthorized transaction.  A reissued Card may take up to 30 days to process.

CAN HAPPY CARDS BE REDEEMED FOR CASH?
No.

CAN I SPEND MY HAPPY CARD(S) DIRECTLY AT THE MERCHANT?
No, your Happy Card must be exchanged at redeem.happycards.com for an eGift Card(s) from any of the Merchants shown on your Happy Card.

DO HAPPY CARDS HAVE ANY FEES, AND DO THEY EXPIRE?
No, there are no fees and cards do not expire.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY HAPPY CARD ISN’T WORKING?
Complete the Contact Us form and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

HOW DO I REDEEM MORE THAN ONE HAPPY CARD?
If you have more than one Happy Card, you will need to complete the redemption process separately for each card.  Multiple cards cannot be redeemed in a single transaction.

DO I HAVE TO SPEND THE FULL VALUE OF MY HAPPY CARDS?
No, you may spend all or a portion of your balance when you are redeeming your Happy Card(s).  If you choose to leave a balance, you can revisit the site at any time to redeem the remaining balance. Make sure to hold onto your Happy Swap Card so you can re-enter your card number and PIN when you’re ready to redeem the remainder of your balance.

CAN I REDEEM MY HAPPY CARD FOR MORE THAN ONE MERCHANT’S EGIFT CARD?
Yes, you can split the value of your Happy Card across multiple Merchants. 

WHY CAN’T I BUY A MERCHANT EGIFT CARD FOR LESS THAN OR MORE THAN THE AMOUNTS SHOWN?
The minimum and maximum value for each Merchant eGift card is set by the Merchant according to their program terms.  You can buy multiple eGift cards for the same Merchant if you wish to buy more than a single card will allow. 

CAN I SPEND MY ELECTRONIC MERCHANT GIFT CARD ON THE MERCHANT’S WEBSITE?
This depends on the merchant’s policy.  Before you order your electronic gift cards, please check out the terms and conditions for each card. These are found by clicking on the information icon within the product description. You can also visit the merchant’s website for more information.

HOW LONG WILL MY ELECTRONIC MERCHANT GIFT CARDS TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Your electronic cards will usually be delivered to you within minutes of processing your order.  However, delivery can take up to 48 hours if there are issues with your order that require us to manually handle your order.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ELECTRONIC MERCHANT GIFT CARDS AFTER 48 HOURS?
First, please check your spam/junk folders. If you don’t find them there, use the Contact Us form to initiate an inquiry.

I ENTERED AN INCORRECT EMAIL DELIVERY ADDRESS DURING CHECKOUT – WHAT DO I DO?
If the email address provided was incorrect, please complete the Contact Us form.

I HAVE LOST MY ELECTRONIC MERCHANT GIFT CARD – WHAT DO I DO?
Contact the merchant to determine if they are able to provide a replacement. Be aware that some Merchants will not replace lost eGift Cards once they have been successfully delivered.  See the  Terms and Conditions for each merchant gift card for more information..  These are found by clicking on the information icon within the product description. CAN I REDEEM MY HAPPY CARD FOR CASH?
No – they can only be redeemed for electronic merchant gift cards..

CAN HAPPY CARDS BE RELOADED?
No, these gift cards cannot be reloaded.
