Choose “16-Digit Card”: If your One4all Card resembles a credit card – with a 16-digit card number, an expiration date, a CVV number, and a magnetic stripe on the back.

Choose “Card Number & PIN“: If your One4all Card has a card number and a PIN hidden under a protective coating or you received an eGift via email and indicates it must be redeemed at redeem.giftcards.com.

These Gift cards give you the freedom to eat, shop or play at any of the merchants whose logos appear on the front of the card. Simply present your gift card for food, merchandise or services at time of payment. The amount of every purchase you make will automatically be deducted from the value on the gift card. You are free to use the same gift card across multiple brands. Card can only be used in the United States.

If your purchase is larger than your balance, ask the cashier to swipe the gift card for the exact amount available on the card. Then pay the remaining balance with another form of payment. These are called “split transactions.” Some merchants do not allow cardholders to conduct split transactions. Some merchants will only allow you to do a split transaction if you pay the remaining amount in cash.

Online redemption may not be available for all merchants. If the merchant accepts our One4all Card as a form of payment on their website, please ensure the current balance of the One4all Card is enough for the entire purchase as most online merchants cannot accept the combination of a One4all Card and a Credit Card.

No, a tip cannot be added to these gift cards.

No, these gift cards are disposable and cannot be reloaded.

No. In general, One4all Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Yes, as follows:

  • One4all Cards are redeemable only at the brands located on the front of the card in the U.S.
  • One4all Cards cannot be used to purchase alcohol at The Cheesecake Factory locations.
  • One4all cards featuring Sephora must be used at stand-alone Sephora locations and cannot be used at Sephora counters within JCPenney stores.
  • One4all cards featuring Barnes & Noble are not valid at any Barnes & Noble College location.
  • One4all Cards are not redeemable for cash.

Merchandise returns vary by merchant. Depending on the merchant, merchandise returns may be refunded directly back to your gift card, so be sure to keep it until you are sure you will not need it.

Once a One4all Card has shipped, the card is not refundable. If the intended recipient does not receive their gift card, please visit our Contact Us page and submit a request.

One4all Cards generally cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen. Please treat them as you would cash. Fraudulent transactions may result in the loss of your money with no recourse.

However, if you believe your Card has been lost or stolen or an unauthorized transaction has been made using the information from your Card without your permission, contact Customer Service IMMEDIATELY (855-606-3494).  We will ask for the Card number and other identifying details.  We cannot assist you if you do not have the Card number.  We may not be able to assist you if you do not contact us within 60 days of the unauthorized transaction.  A reissued Card may take up to 30 days to process.

There is an expiry date on the back of each One4all Card; this is when the plastic expires.  However, funds on your gift card never expire. If funds remain on the card after the expiration date, please call 855-606-3494 or Contact Us to have a replacement card issued and mailed to you at no cost.  The balance on the replacement card will be equal to the balance on the expired card.

One4all Cards can only be shipped to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. They arrive in a single envelope or box (depending on order size) containing all of the cards that were ordered, along with a packaging list detailing the contents.

We offer delivery options ranging from USPS First Class Mail, UPS ground shipping to next day shipping. Freight charges will be quoted based on the size of the order and the delivery method selected.

Once payment is cleared (usually within minutes), it will take up to 3 business days to fulfill your order. Delivery timing is dependent upon the shipping method you select at checkout.

There may be a maximum amount of cards you can purchase in a particular time period.

If you have more than one One4all Card, you will need to complete the redemption process separately for each card. Multiple cards cannot be redeemed in a single transaction.

No, these gift cards cannot be reloaded.

No, you may spend all or a portion of your balance when you are redeeming your One4all Card(s).  If you choose to leave a balance, you can revisit the site at any time to redeem the remaining balance. Make sure to hold onto your One4all Card so you can re-enter your card number and PIN when you’re ready to redeem the remainder of your balance.

Your Merchant eGift Card(s) will usually be delivered to you within minutes of processing your order. However, delivery can take up to 48 hours if there are issues with your order that require us to manually handle your order.

Yes, you can split the value of your One4all Card across multiple Merchants.

The minimum and maximum value for each Merchant eGift card is set by the Merchant according to their program terms. You can buy multiple eGift cards for the same Merchant if you wish to buy more than a single card will allow. 

This depends on the merchant’s policy. Before you order your Merchant eGift card(s), please check out the terms and conditions for each card. These are found by clicking on the information icon within the product description on the redeem.giftcards.com Merchant eGift Card selection page. You can also visit the merchant’s website for more information.

Contact the merchant to determine if they are able to provide a replacement.
